How do I place an order?
Simply browse products, add your favorites to the cart, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive order confirmation and tracking details via email.
Do all products ship from the same location?
No. Since we are a multi-vendor marketplace, your order may contain items from different sellers, which could arrive in separate packages.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the seller’s location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.
What is your return policy?
Each seller sets their own return and refund policy. Please check the return policy on the product page or contact the seller directly through your account dashboard.
How do I contact a seller?
Log into your account, go to your orders, and click “Message Seller” to start a conversation directly with the vendor.

How can I sell on Vendora
Click on the “Start Selling” button and fill out the application form. Once approved, you can set up your shop, list products, and start selling.
Are there any fees to sell?
We charge a small commission on each sale. There are no monthly fees or listing fees — you only pay when you make a sale.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are sent to your linked bank account or payment provider, typically within 7–10 business days after an order is marked as completed.
Can I customize my storefront?
Yes! You can upload a logo, add a banner, write your shop story, and categorize your products to reflect your brand’s identity.
How do I handle shipping?
As a seller, you’re responsible for setting shipping rates and sending products. You can manage shipping settings in your seller dashboard.

We provide a help center, seller guides, and a support team to assist you with any technical, shipping, or customer-related issues.
